I like your changes but agree with the previous post - why can't you show what the highest bid price on the property was after each auction? It's public record anyway - just takes some digging to get it.
The one change that was needed was a post-scrip of how it ended. Reserve not bet? and what was the high bid? Sold or not??? At least they made the "Reserve Price Not Met" in larger red letters!
