@khfanmuffin There is, but the teachers don't get notified until a nerd runs and go tell. Also at that time they were fighting, class hasn't started yet so the teacher was probably walking around. If you have watched this anime, at the end of the fight scene a teacher actually walks in.

That is the heavy burden the Sumire has to carry as school president, she loves the school so much she definitely has to make sure that the next president is Kitamura cause unfortantely there is no one else more qualified. I don't know about you but I'd vote Tiaga in a heartbeat :P
