This is not an ad, it's a music video for The Big Ghana Band's cover of You Spin Me Round by DOA. It is part of their Big Swap project where the purchase of Fairtrade Cadburys products entitled you to download a song from the Big Swap website.

It's a noble cause and for those of you who are more entertained by a gorilla playing drums than this small insight into a different culture, well, you can go look that up instead.
