hey guys, does anyone know what type of music elliot listens to while working out....I'm not trying to copy him, I just like the style...is it sort of hardcore hip hop instrumental beats?
hi, will working out make me slower. i play as a running back and my coach said not to workout my legs by lifting weights. he said just do sprints and plyometrics is that true please help. that would mean alot to me
@oneloveyalls I'll use my rugby background to help. In rugby there are forwards and backs. Forwards do all the tackling, and backs do all the running. Backs train their legs by sprinting while forwards train by using weights more so. Why? Because using weights will make your legs powerful for things like pushing, or tackling, while sprinting gives your muscles speed and endurance. So in short, if you will be tackling and motions such as squatting then use weights If not, tredmil or sprint

My spine has a deviation of 9mm, i've read that swiming should be the 1st choice and pilates the 2nd my question is since i'm also working to reduce my weight in a gym next to my home is there any exercice that can help to straighten my spine
@runescapeclassicable As far as I know powerlifters focus on 3 lifts (usually squat, deadlifts and bench) and may include assisting exercises and others which help avoid muscular imbalances. They are only concerned about their 1 rep max in those 3 lifts.
Strongmen are all-rounders and need strength endurance (repping heavy weights or race with heavy loads, like the yolk or farmer's walks).
