CoD 4 was the best of all. From it all this perk , attachment and killstreak thingy started and they were all perfect. i mean no commando to knife at huge distances and recieve no fall damage from PRO version, no scavenger to replinish explosives(especially the noobtube) and NO ONE MAN ARMY( the worst perk in cod ever). The maps were very good too and the game was balanced.I loved the fact that this game was great on PC too. i think it's the only good CoD on PC. honestly

I love the sniper missions in this game. MW3 and 2 don't have any cool sniper missions like the one in cod4 where you had to bring that guy to a chopper once it got there. Love the urban enviorment in that mission. :)

First game on xbox live. Sat there 2 years ago for about 3 months totally new to online play having come off the playstation, hearing this in lobbys waiting for a new game of Hardcore search and destroy, prestiging so many times too...

Those were the days, MW2 is good but there is too much pressure to prestige and as a result the gameplay is shite. You could enjoy COD4 before COD was full of noobs and kids...

Apparently Ghost is Gaz he's wearing a mask since he kinda got shot in the face but didn't die, Ghost has the say comms headset as Gaz.

@n0aimChris, actually Gaz is dead, if you watch the sequence at the end of COD4, you see that Gaz is shot in the head by Zachaev (probably spelled it wrong). Ghost is actually Lieutenant Simon Riley and infinity ward has made a few comics on how he actually became "Ghost". Gaz is really and truely dead though.

But I think think the game creators meant for the player to see him shot in the back of the head, which is the Medulla oblongata-the lower brain stem, in other words instant death. It is also known as execution style.
