Ok I have figured out how to balance these, the Electroshock: It seems balanced depending on how fast you can get your death revived I say 600 damage points would be fair

The Heart Opener: Make it where backstabs dont kill or do damage

The Matador: Seems balanced enough already

The Drill is fucking stupid

The Endless Carnage: Make it where you gain health on kill and take away the health bonus

That not done sniper rifle becomes the walkabout. I dont really remember a lot about it but I know the damage increases on hit and if you land 2 succesfull shots you will get a crit for your third. But it has like -20%dmg
