Good luck in your weight loss, when your working out make sure you use weights. FACT combining weights and cardio together brings your body up to maxinum of burrning fat off your body. Like for example, go to the gym do your streching then hit a cardio machine for 5-10 mins (Warm Up), hit the weight room then, when finish there go back and hit the treadmil and finish with streching and always keep it intense your workouts. dont stop once u stop the next day your workout is harder just think of that and you will keep going cuase it only gets easier as you go the begining week or so is the hardest work out every day even if 20 minutes
