  • Awesome Video.. I grew up In and Around Baltimore in the 70's.. My Channel has Videos of Comics form this Time..LOL.. Hope to see more Early Baltimore Vids..

  • This is a wonderful vintage clip! Though not a native of Baltimore, I can recognize a few of the buildings since I am currently studying at St. Mary's Seminary which is on this road.

  • Wish some more Baltimore streetcar home movies would surface. Especially out Edmondson Ave. and Poplar Grove St. way where I lived as a young child in the early/mid 1950s. I still remember laying in bed at night and hearing the streetcars rumbling by our Poplar Grove St. house, on their way to/from Walbrook Jct. Thanks for posting this! :)

  • This is fabulous. Streetcar service on Roland Ave. ceased on June 22, 1947.

  • nice video & background music

  • wow!!! no cell phones, no hand held games and kids have their pants up in the right place.

  • Great footage, thanks for posting this!

  • Wow how things have changed. I attended Roland Park JHS in the late 60's. Thanks for sharing this great Video!
