Well surely as you said you saw this happening before it actually did,so i can't see the problem.The small white van has let him go,what is he meant to do,wait for you and the other 1000 cyclists in london?you drive on the road therefore should understand this.
Have you forwarded this clip onto BT? If not I would suggest you consider doing so. A quiet word in the driver's ear may ensure that they drive with a little bit more due care and attention in future.
@Bristolcyclista I forwarded it on the day I uploaded the vid. No response from BT but it made me laugh that they sent an automated email about 2 weeks later asking me to complete an online survey with regards to how my complaint was dealt with. Good old BT...
Looks like the little white van in the queue waved him out and he didn't bother checking the bus lane - if you look very closely as he starts to go he lifts his right hand to say "thanks"
@ohnovino Yeah I saw it happening from quite far back so I was aware it was about to happen - I presumed it was going to happen as soon as I saw him pull up to the give way line because this thing happens too often when vehicles pull out across bus lanes. Don't think he was paying any attention though so it wouldn't have mattered if I was a Double-Decker bus - gotta keep your wits about you...

I suggest you go read the highway code before you cause an accident.
