The nuclear facility targeting scenario is highly risky as well, it is already assessed that the Nuclear facility in Qom is unstrikable from any conventional attacks. Even if there succeed in destroying natanz, which is unlikely given that Iran have 5th generation SAMS and aircrafts that could take Israeli's F-16s 1 to 1, even if successful, there will be proxy retaliations from Lebanon shiites and Syria, and Iran will quickly procure nuclear weapons possibly from Pakistan.
