The Kansas City Star is reporting that a Kentucky teenager who, through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, once joined his favorite band, METALLICA, in a rehearsal and played bass guitar on his favorite song, passed away on July 2.

Metal and attitude aside, they are so nice to take the time out to do that for somebody, as busy and famous as they are.
