I'm really confused. I've seen April Snow, but I've never seen these picture you used before. I don't understand.

So many parts were edited out or changed? It crossed my mind, made two versions of the movie, but it could be nonsense. So please help me, how can it be??

Because this is not the theme song of this drama. This song have an Korean version which is the theme song of another korean drama "醫家四姊妹"
