5:52-6:20 brought me to fucking tears. So... fucking.... amazing.
That "I cant, take it, I CANT TAKE IT, NOOOHOOOO OH THE BLEEDING OF ME!" is just amazing. Every live version of Bleeding Me gives me the chills at that part (and during the rest of the song, but specially during that part).
I remember being a teenager and having some really dark problems and listening to this song a lot and finding solace in it. Thank you Metallica for all your music and influence has done for me and I'm sure billions of others. Man I get chills and goose bumps when I watch this video.

I remember being at that whole hot as hell Woodstock weekend, and the triple threat assault of Limp Bizkit, Rage against the Machine and Metallica. This brngs me right back into the heat all these years later
St. Anger was not shitty.... just because the people the world revolves around didn't like it doesn't make it shitty... If you don't like it, say you don't like it.... Don't insult it and the people who listen to it by calling it "shitty"
you say Rob is shit, yet Rob had nothing to do with St. Anger, they hired him AFTER St. Anger was finished being recorded, and then you call Death Magnetic a "master peace" (i think you mean masterpeice) right after you said Jason was the back bone of Metallica and they fell apart after he left
@MaxPower1971 Hell yeah. Trujillo blows Jason out of the water with his playing. But I miss Jason's vocals. Creeping Death was never the same after Jason left.
@JJMM33 Actually Jason is a better player but its hard to explain for some. He is a rytmplayer he is extremely tight bassplayer and thats why Metallicas songs always was much tighter from 89-00. Rob is considered a more technical player even though Jason had more advanced basslines in songs like creep and Horse. Also Jasons solos are much better and more melodic.
best bleeding me performance ever. It sounds great with jason on backing vocals. Kirk did a great job and james put a lot of feeling.....

These guys sounded sooooo good with Jason......He had a way with backup vocals........Trujillo is great also...but we miss Newsted's vocals
MaxPower1971 2 years ago 38
@MaxPower1971 I really agree with you. Jason isn't as good bass player as Trujillo but he was great with vocals.
