I used an airbrush at my school, it was awful!!! its tip was huge. It was like painting with a spray paint can on a tiny paper. This brush looks amazing!!! How much did it cost? And about how long does one cartridge of paint last you? How much does the paint cost?

It's interessting to see that you block the body shadows only with higher texture density. I did not think of trying that way before, but makes sense, cause the overspray of the airbrush keeps in a minimal range...thumbs up for your great work!

@OCDHeifer One way is to not pay attention in school, just draw all day. Draw stuff you like, such as tanks warfare or some kids shoes... When someone says good work just look at them. Then when the whole class says you're really good, just say thank you and when the teacher tries to piss you off by calling you a doodler you remember she is still a miserable teacher and now you have a real tangible flexible skill. Unlike her, who has no talent. That how it went for me.

Making an 80 in advanced classes w/o effort, school is virtually pointless in every way possible besides learning how to read and math if you don't plan on going into college

But most artists prefer constructive criticism. It's a good way help yourself get better at what you do. I expect alot of the greats out there dealt with alot of criticism over the years and grew that tough skin to just learn from it. That's why they're the greats haha

Honestly it's not that hard. All you have to do is draw the basic shape, then draw the scales. Plus, you can see he's darkening the scales in certain area's to make it look shadowed.
