The national anthem is a tribute to our queen not to the people. the royal family are symbolic to the british people if didn't have them britain would not be as it is today without them, but on the other hand I personally do think that our government would stop paying out for the royal family though they get money from all over place from private investors to other visiting countries too other royal family's, in the world. Have been stop being paid for by their governments why cant ours.
