@StewieTravolta old starflyer 59 favorite shoegaze band ever...new stuff good too... lush...swervedriver...my bloody valentine...mogwai...theres also a channel call postrockisagenre very good library of newer bands all time fav is sigur ros and slowdive...sigur ros check out () or parentheses...if you like darker stuff new ulver is freakin amazing...and if you like heavier stuff isis and pelican...anyways hope that helps....all these bands are my favorite in this type genre
this dream pop and post-rock stuff of yours makes me think of Akira Yamaoka, who did the soundtracks for the Silent Hill game series. Love it. Might have to look up some Dream Pop if it's anything like this.

Corey still waiting for how to play Goth lesson. Basically you are one of the few guitarists out there who can play Gothic swirling guitar. I would gladly pay for such a lesson.
@Stevethesearcher It's coming. I just wrote out a whole a bunch of riffs / exercises the other day. I'm currently working on categorizing everything. A few more ideas and then it is time to film!

This is very similar to my style of playing except that I do not use a plectrum but fingers and a les paul instead of an SG ;-)
