I go through that same thought process when the music transitions like that, haha.

Anyway, probably my favorite tune from the game. And again, I love that transition at 0:50 and the eery creepiness at the beginning.

Even though it's kinda acknowledged that kids would prolly get dead during a zombie infection, illustrating it by making killable playable children characters, or killable children infected would be considered as support/promotion of the death of children by several people (despite it being just a tad closed minded).
