Is there an option in Parted Magic telling how to formate hard drive to remove lag in games. Because i wanna do a low level formate to have an hard drive like if it was new. thx! waiting for answers
When I try to "start a network" I click continue and the window goes away and nothing happens... I waited a while to be safe but it acted like I never comanded it to do anything... Do I have a bad cd? help?
Well, I want to wipe my hard disk clean!!! And re install the operating system...but I first need to get out my 50 GB of music. I can boot my PC with Parted Magic, and as I said earlier..I get a BSoD everytime I attempt to boot..can the transfer work between my hard drive and an external hard disk?!!!
Hey man, I'm having an issue in getting into Windows...It's a BSoD everytime!! The main code is 0x0000C1F5. And I was told to use Parted Magic to remove the file thats corrupted. So, no Safe Mode nothing. And I'm stuck here because I do not know what do to...to get the file deleted...The file is $TxFlog...or something like that in Metadata...Please help me. I'm poor at this commands stuff.
I once downloaded and tried Parted Magic and it worked great. Then I downloaded the next release, and the next, and the next, and none of them worked worth a damn after that, so i quit using it. Now I just use gparted on the Ubuntu live CD and do backups with Clonezilla.
yeah, Google Chrome is pretty awesome. Chromium and Iron browsers are alternatives too and are basically very much like Chrome. Iron supposedly brings more security to the user.
Interesting demo, sneekylinux. Thankfully, I've never had a need for such a thing on my old computers. Nice to know it exists though.
What an excellent program! I've used Puppy Linux to get me out of trouble before when hard drives won't boot and this looks like it could be very useful.
Wow, you can cancel the screenshot? Amazing! :D Thanks for the useful information you put into the video! hehe
