  • How come there is always an "obvious" violation when an explosion, fire , death of a person(s) is OBVIOUS ?? What happens when the violations are subtle... and are just "potential and could occur" scenarios.... For example, inhalation of substances used in the work place from workmen doing remodeling...and using toxic, flammable , potentially poisonous chemicals, glues, paints that put all the public in that building at risk of an explosion, fire, over-exposure to fumes??? They are just as bad
