Mr. Vitti,why do you always have your thumb bandaged? If I did that, I wouldn't have the callous necessary to play the bass with my thumb with any regularity.

hi anthony (yeah.. its me again ;))
it's again a great lesson, i've been working on mij technique, and that isn't the problem anymore.
When I want to put the technique into new riffs I can't get them right.
So what scales or notes do you combine to get that real funk?

That's just my 1969 Jazz Bass. It's direct into my laptop, without any EQ. I turn the volumes up all the way.
