Your friend was not being a good friend by asking if you're sick. She should have just asked if you're okay. That would have been better. You have to eat a lot in this diet to avoid the reverse effect - ie. bloating and constipation especially when you are already slim and are really just trying to shed vanity (last 10) pounds. Most of the people who are experience big results are well, big to begin with - they have a significant amount of weight to lose. Think of the diet more as detoxing your body of artifical sugars and junk.

You can feel it before you even go that it won`t be healthy
it does work for me am starting another one tomorrow(for the 3rd time in 2years)
i gained weight recently am at 154lbls now which i gained during the time i was serving now i took off so i hope i`ll be back in shape
