  • @tickled41 i'm pretty sure it does raise volume on your hips, there are exercises that do that so it could very well be true..but i'm still not sure

  • I did this work out kind of inconsitently but still in less than a month I lost an inch and 1/4 off my waistline! And all i did for dieting was have a banana instead of a cookie for snack.

  • my sis is 31 going to be 32 soon she have muscle like 11 on her bully and i have muscle on my leg .., and we do nothing like that., for me every morning you should jump 10 mint's for my sis she only dose push up's befor going to bed !! i'm soon to be 12 ., and you should try jumping every day for 10 mint's i do 30 mint's <~ never say never it first it will feel so hard so only 10 and then when you feel okey you should do 20 30 even 40 min's ^.^

  • This exercise worked for my legs! The 5:3:2 ratio was a little bit off, when my measured my legs 6 months ago, but now it's almost perfect. I haven't tried the hip exercise though, because I just found this part 10 minutes ago :D I wish they would show more idol-exercises. A member from ZE:A ( I think) lost his tummy fat in 10 days and had a pretty awesome six-pack and arm muscles going on, just by exercising everyday and eating salads. I was shocked XD

  • @Korean06Love they said 10 times in 3 sets for twisting. So do 10 twists 3 times a day thats what im guessing. and since they didnt say anything about all the other exercises then...good luck with that.

  • @Korean06Love I made this exercise everyday 3-4 times/per day (after every meal) plus jogging, abdominal workout and a equilibrated diet 5-6 meals per day (includes white meat such as chicken or fish, vegetables, fruits and cereals) and after 6 months the results will be visible. I have been always chubby but thanks for this kind of exercise, I could tone my muscles. Also a great exercise routine would be Biro Ica's workout schedule.

  • I'm wondering what units they measured Jessica with. I know in Asia, there's another unit that often gets translated into an inch. In Chinese it's a cun, I think in korean it's a chon. I'm not sure what the conversion for chon is, but 1 chinese cun = 1.312 imperial inches. So assuming they measured Jessica using cun, her waist is actually about 27.5 inches, which I think is more realistic.

  • These exercises are really helpful. I've been doing jessica's waist exercise for.. omre than two years!! ever since I watched this episode on tv! My waist is just perfect, although I weigh 60 kg but I have no fat AT ALL in my waist! Dont worry it doesnt need a very long time! I had the perfect waist long time ago ^^

  • Oh my gosh! She's tiny! I recently recovered from anorexia, and I'm about 5 feet tall. At my LOWEST weight, when I was committed to hospital, my waist was just under 23 inches. And it was small! I'm a bit worried, just because I adore SNSD and I want them to be healthy~

  • Jess is 21 and 30? That's really skinny...not even stick-thin supermodels have that small measurements (generally about 24 waist and 34 hips, maybe a little less). I know it's natural for her so it's not worrying, but still, it's scarily low :/

I did Jessica's Workout for 1 month , do 200 sit-ups * I know it sounds hard but you could use an equipment to help you * , drink a slimming tea ONCE a day * DON'T OVER DOSE * and repeat until you finish a whole month I suggest for you to weight every single day :) Hope that helped :)

  • humor is different in south korea than in other places so it's not offense or anything.

    yuri does more yoga and stuff that deals more with flexibility, you can see from invincible youth, that's why she has more of a curvy body whereas tiffany does extensive leg workouts&&jessica with ab workouts.

    Do it once in the morning, once around 2:00, and once right before bed ;] keep in mind that I'm asian so my thighs were thin to begin with. I began to see results after about 1 1/2 weeks after my legs and waist went through the sore phase x]

    For the waist, do it after the leg exercise. My waist went from 24 inches to 22 inches in about 2 weeks. it sounds like a lot to get the results but I promise that they take only a few minutes <3

  • @iBOOMBOX It's very easy...when you're up for it; they're a BIG boost of motivation. I had like 3 trainers/physical therapists when I had to learn how to walk again, lose some weight where I could, and regain muscle strength. It was hard and sometimes it hurt/burned lol, but I told myself to keep going (the trainers supported me), and I did! Now...I'm soooooo lazy lol!! I've regained everything (I wouldn't know about swimming though), but I do nothing without those dudes/dudettes!! lol XD
