No, I have not. What happen in Russia happened because it was under state control and Communism was falling apart. To this date only around 40 people have died because of what happen there. A very small number compared to the Thousands of coal mining accidents and deaths each year. Like I said France has no problem with it.

And to get to your french 80% they had to go thru many tests, including Argelian Sahara and Mururoa atoll... that was clean, safe and fair for environment and population near the sites right?
