  • that game was the best !

  • I thought this game was supposed to be based on the eastmen and laird comics, that ending certainly didn't fit that.

  • @hdofu The game draws from a lot of sources! The Mirage comics are in the mix, but cartoon characters (Bebop & Rocksteady, among others) and movie characters (Tatsu) are in the mix as well. Heck, there are even characters from the Palladium RPGs. :)

  • wait. i thought the turtles only liked pizza, so why is donatello flipping burgers?

  • Poor Shredder, the fight was over so quickly,

and in the ending scene it seems he´s going to "find the soap bar."

  • downloading this for my PSP!!!!!!

  • weryyy isi level

  • 2 throwing stars and 2 whacks upside the head and he's dead is that it? I'd think he would at least last a minute or two.

  • is this plying on psp because like i got a game on psp with the same song an same style...?!

  • that looks like some flash gamming

  • badass

    its all comics style

i wonder if this is the goseico. building

    it looks like it

  • One of my favorite games ever. Lost the disks a long time ago. Thanks for the memories. :)

You wouldn't have Bart Simpson's House of Weirdness as well do you? Same engine, great game. Konami really made gold back then.

  • Oh, and something I found weird. In the manual, it said to press ctrl-s to save. But instead it was a cheat code to give 5 shurikens. Made the tough triceritons much easier. LOL. ;)

  • This Simpsons game has the same engine as Manhattan Missions, you say? I'm not familiar with that title, but now I'll have to track it down. :)

And yes, I remember the Ctrl+S code all too well. In fact, it wasn't until I became an adult that I actually played the game fairly -- as a kid, I pretty much used shurikens for the entirety of the game!

  • The Simpsons arcade game used its own engine (and it was a great port), but Bart's House of Weirdness was quite similar to Manhattan Missions. It wasn't quite as deep (like leveling up) but had plenty of weapons, powerups, puzzles and such.

Bart basically gets sent to his room. Where you venture around the house (the treehouse, basement, attic), or out into Springfield (Burns' mansion, battling Space Mutants, etc). I loved it as much as Manhattan Missions.

  • Wish I still had my old DOS games. Lost some, sold some, some got thown out. I've been reading your reviews. I was the same way, no NES, only the PC. Great times.

  • @elbryan42 I had both :D

  • Wow. Never even saw this Wes. Looks pretty interesting.

  • Cool.
