Needless to say, whenever I am feeling like a spicy dish that leaves my eyes watering and my nose running - I make a bolt for the Spicy Kung Pao! In fact, that's what I'm eating at the moment while browsing different recipes of this dish. :) I have to admit though, I only use about 3 dried chili peppers. I can't imagine how spicy it would be with 20 in there! Wow! Call the fire department! Looks delicious. I enjoyed watching it.
Correction, yes it did come out of the wok (it's not a pan) I would know I made the food and took the photos made the video AND ate the food. What you're seeing here is the difference between motion and still photography. Nice try though and thanks for watching.
@socratesthecabdriver Yes I have. But I more hot pepper and other different vegetables. Which using Zuccinni, Red Bell Peppers, Red Pepper, Red Crush Pepper, Peanuts, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, oil, and other ingredient are lot better. But the first thing is first. The meat have to be marinate first and have to use dark meat.
I still don't know how peanuts came to be part of this recipe but I love em

@cymaddux31 calling a wok a pan shows how useless you are. Go troll somewhere else.
