This commercial was inaccurate, really. x.x  Junk software comes on systems you buy. However, buying just the operating system, as system builders like myself do, you don't get any junk software. It was even my choice to install my graphics card utilities, motherboard utilities, etc.

When a Mac breaks down of anything by apple, this is what happens: It frezes for upto days and doesn't try to sort it out nor let yourslef sort it out! And here's what Windows does: When it breaks down it trys to recover, if something doesn't work it lets your self to sort it out or Windows will try. And yes i know you get "Blue Screens" and break downs more often but it's not windows actully the PC!

I also think the fact that the Japanese Mac "rolled his eyes" and acted "impatient" would have been too much for US and UK audiences - it would have communicated a "negative" and "insensitive" message of some sort in the UK and US ads. Call it "political correctness" or "expressing sensitivity" if you will.
