I think you're right. A lot of women's orgs and colleges claim that 1 in 4 women are raped. It turns out that the study they're based on actually counted women who regretted having sex as being raped even though the women themselves didn't think so. I get the feeling this video might be based on the same 'study'. Fortunately for them there are a lot of sheep who believe everything they see on tv or in this case youtube.
