Drew Barrymore did an excellent job! She stole the show and became Little Edie so well that for the first time, it looked like Drew "disappeared" into the role and became the character - not like her usual films where she's still "Drew."

jessica lange was incredible in her role of big edie, consumate actress that she is. drew barrymore stole the movie away from her, she was intensly faboo and deserves an emmy. it's not easy to keep me from not looking at jessica lange, she's one of my top 5, but drew...man, this is going to catapult her into a new level of her career, much like farrah fawcett (rip, girl) did in the burning bed, and extremities. we haven't even begun to see what drew is capable of, only scratched the surface!

Other than E.T. I never much cared for Drew's movies until NOW..She captivated me from the very beginning and I really salute her acting ability.  Looking forward to her in more challenging roles. I was fascinated by this movie and seeing Jessica Lange and Drew portray the Edith's some fine work and left me wanting to see more.

Drew looks so beautiful these days and is gorgeous as usual. Actually the role in Grey Gardens might be the most interesting part she's ever done - she gave her all to this performance. I hope from now on, she's more eager to go for challenges like this.

So agree with you. I am crazy about Grey Gardens...every time I flip the channel, if it's on I can't take my eyes off it! Drew's best role definitely!
