  • Common Law supercedes both Equity law AND Statutary law.U have the right NOT to contract with any PERSON or CORPORATE FICTION.This guy is suggesting your common law rights have little or no weight in courts of law. There are only OFFERS, and U can reject any offer @ any time. Parking tickets, offers of court appearances,etc. ALL are offers of contract,which you can refuse at any time. Research your rights, you don't need these money grubbing lawyers.
