@andrea126191 well if u have paint or Wmm or Windows Live Movie Maker all u have 2 do is draw a pic on paint and than add it to the program than add sound. thats how i make my anime, at least.

@KagomeFan44 Well, I'm just an amature, but I do it by making pictures on paint, one after the other. Just draw, erase, redo, repaint, repeat. Then, put them together on windows movie maker, and you've got a transformation! But I'm just an amature, so watch a tutorial and you'll get a better idea. :)
