  • just saw Why? last night in Madison Wisconsin. Yoni seems to tighten up his vocals alot in live performances, which I like. I think he probably did separate vocal and rhythm tracks when they recorded the cd, so he was able to keep his vocal rhythms looser, but I really like hearing everything more staccato, it was an amazing show!!!

  • Maybe he relaxed his singing on the album version so it wouldn't conflict with Mr. Fifths, which he's a little more enthusiastic on. I do agree though, the vocals here sound great, especially with Doug doing harmony and the occasional splashes of delay.

  • Also, do any of you remember the other song that had the "sky for shoeing horses under" chorus? It was a slower song and Doug played the guitar. I was certain it was going to make the album because they played it at almost every show I saw of theirs in the last year. I wonder what happened to it.
