But I never saw it so i think it wasjust a rumor

@Pok3g4mer123 Well, it could be a visually and mentialy clone of Cosmo, where she looks and acts like Cosmo and recieved most of her memory prior to her encounter with Sonic and co. So every one is sure it's Cosmo until Tails finally realizes through a DNA Test that it is not really Cosmo but her offspring. Tails eventually gets over it and the two fall in love with the offspring taking Cosmo's name
