Actually, they're not. We have many devoted customers who have had years-long "personal" TV relationships with our on-air hosts. So when something exciting is happening to them in their lives, they want to share it with all their friends as in this video. Nothing is scripted. And the only potential pre-arranged call-ins may be from celebrities whose schedules are very tight. But we don't tell them what to say. We only give them an appointment to call in.

No script and it's live. Hosts come in several hours before shows to review all items scheduled to air and meet with guests. You will see them holding blue cards which have basic details about the products so they get the info correct. It's essentially an abbreviated version of the info in product descriptions on our website. And what you don't see is the Producer talking in their ear, keeping them on schedule and updated about quantity remaining.
