I've tried playing music while practicing the passes but it screws everything up, hard to describe, it's too distracting, even background music.

Thank for posting these. I learned these as best I could from the Magical Pass book years ago. These videos do a much better job teaching the actual movements, although there is invaluable supporting info about them that you can only get from the book.
