I can't believe some people hated this show just because it made fun of political correctness. Whenever someone makes fun of religion or race but still calls itself politically correct, everyone says they should suck it up and be more tolerant, but when someone makes fun of political correctness people say it's wrong, and have no tolerance for it. It's too bad this show was taken off so soon, it had a great message.

Medicinal KFC episode of South Park ? I missed that. I miss The Boondocks, ever since Comcast turned CN & Adult Swim into a subscription channel. There was a great ep, where the Woodcrest citizens played this crazy ball game against a Chinese team.

@TranshumanCyborg - I occasionally get a chuckle from " Family Guy " even now, but they're getting fewer & fewer. Seth's recycling old crap from previous episodes, resting on his past laurels, etc. I actually watch South Park once in a while, as a " guilty pleasure ". The Cleveland Show is just an African - American version of Family Guy. Futurama is interesting commentary on 20th - century popular culture. LOVE Futurama.

@chrisludwig29 Family Guy is lowest-common-denominator humor, simpleminded comedy for simpleminded people, so it's no surprise that it's massively popular and profitable in the United States where the average person is a moron. It also just so happens that the type of person who likes Family Guy is precisely the type of idiot that Mike Judge is best at making fun of, so it's no surprise Family Guy fans have a hard time dealing with Judge's sophisticated humor in his various shows.

@DariusJones456 - Hank TRIED to be TOLERANT of different lifestyles, even helping out a local organic food cooperative, but he was mostly a no frills, Right - Wing conservative. Gerald was more like a male version of New Age Dharma from " Dharma & Greg ". I remember that episode where Hank tried yoga, too. NOT EXACTLY his cup or herbal tea.

I understand vegans, but I could never become one. & most organic food is very pricey.

@brittniebob I saw that one. For a conservative, middle class Methodist family, the Hills are very tolerant, even though Hank seems like a " tight - ass " at times, he can adapt. The series had African - Americans, Latins, transvestites, New Agers / Neo - hippies, & it treated them with respect, mostly. Except for BUREAUCRATS & pencil - pushing bureaucratic types. They are almost always depicted as rule - quoting MORONS !! (AKA " Twig boys " ).
