Yeah, I'm actually not the biggest fan of the pick sound with most bassists, but Chris Squire is one of my exceptions. So good, and such a melodic player. Really brought out the best in the Rickenbacker, like Paul McCartney.

Another entertaining mortal. I have seen his other videos, and in doing so I have noticed that this one plays Death Metal with sufficient brutality and skill. That is good....even though we have not signed his bass-playing soul to everlasting Hell in the Pit (which is regrettable), he still pays us homage through his music.

As I said downthread, the rules change a bit when it comes to collaborations. I do not want to be the bummer on someone's idea.

However, I am starting to regret it already because I am already getting complaints from the Rush fanboys for the pick. I knew that for this tune, the douchebag hecklers would come out of the woodwork to pick every note apart. Apparently, I was right.

I don't see why people should complain. Whether or not it being an obvious choice, it's a great tune nonetheless.

Also, any plans on doing something from their latest album, possibly The Main Monkey Business?

It'll be a while before I can thin about it. Later Rush (after Presto) is on WMG, and the WMG videos have not come fully back yet, even though a deal has been signed and they will return eventually.
