  • Do you keep doing the circuits as many times as you can in an hour? Do you go try and do 4 or 5 circuits? I'm definitely going to try this.

  • Either one is good. Whatever makes it work best for you.

  • No you need to rest. Do it 3 days a week and rest on the days day after. So like Monday workout - Tuesday rest - wed workout - thurday rest - Friday workout. Rest on weekends do cardio on rest days sprints

  • @EpicWorkouts101 ok sorry to be a pain but i start work before 8am and finish at about 12/12:30pm so would it be best to do the workout when i come home or do it before i leave for work?

  • if i do this twice a day monday to friday and rest on weekends will i get results?
