Born in Taiwan I am a computer engineer in US now. My father came from 潮州 to Taiwan during Chinese civil war in 1949. Although I don't speak 潮州話 but I still can understand most of this language. I have been to 潮州 twice and love 潮州 especially 潮州古城. I am proud of being a 潮州人.
seems u r a young girl~ I was in chaozhou for 16 years, then I moved to England, in general I would say this is a peaceful, and old-chinese-style city. Worth visiting,haha~
i really love this place.. i went here many times now... im a filipino but Chao zhou i consider a paradise to me... i like the culture here and i love the place so much
