However you are doing way better than some guys i have seen and you are clearly very passionate about the sport, so keep training hard, get stronger etc..if i can give you advice..stop using machines, they are useless..use nothing but free weights..barbells, dumbells, do the main lifts and go heavy with low reps..if strength is your goal

You don't have to use the same technicue for training and powerlifting. The Rack Pull is not the same as the Deadlift. Besides, who gives a shit about him bouncing the weight during training? I bet you are pissed becouse he was bouncing a weight that was slightly heavier than the one you push up strictly ;)
