  • don't listen to the haters, although by the title i expected to see you lift some heavier weights. However you are doing way better than some guys i have seen and you are clearly very passionate about the sport, so keep training hard, get stronger etc..if i can give you advice..stop using machines, they are useless..use nothing but free weights..barbells, dumbells, do the main lifts and go heavy with low reps..if strength is your goal

  • You don't have to use the same technicue for training and powerlifting. The Rack Pull is not the same as the Deadlift. Besides, who gives a shit about him bouncing the weight during training? I bet you are pissed becouse he was bouncing a weight that was slightly heavier than the one you push up strictly ;)
