This is seriously impressive. Everything goes together well and the timing is impeccable. If you were to keep working on it, I might humbly suggest you change your grunge layer either so it's not the same all the way through or just to one which doesn't have such a prominent dark smudge right in the middle - it's certainly not bad, but it is noticeable when scenes change and that smudge stays right where it is. Even with that it looks quite, quite good.
