And even charge you with a FELONY over it. To me a felony charge is a serious crime like murder or rape. Not recording something as normal as a traffic stop. I don't think people realize how disturbing it is when police officers can actually come to your house and confiscate all of the computers in your home over recording a traffic stop. And even charge you with a FELONY over it. To me a felony charge is a serious crime like murder or rape. Not recording something as normal as a traffic stop. This isn't sneaking a hidden camera into the locker room at a police station. Or even at a police's officers private home off duty. It's a traffic stop.

The guy doesn't need to be prosecuted for having a camera but this video is complete crap. This guy (the one being interviewed) has no clue to what is going on. Video taping the public is within our constitutional rights, but the cops are not violating that right in this video (they may be after the fact though)
