DIO has been diagnosed with EARLY STAGES of STOMACH CANCER, it is treatable at the early stages. My dad wasnt so lucky with it and had to get his stomach removed along with a lung, but with the tubes in him and KEMO THERAPY he wanted to die and not go through with the rest of it, he's at rest now

but DIO has slayed many dragons and stomach cancer is going to be another to fall to his plus +6 fire damage enchanted claymore
