  • :) good sir behind the drums, thx for this!

  • du bist da derbste

  • amazing! i love it

  • Are you sure you're not a robot?

  • oh my god i just came

  • total good noise.

  • Amazing flow ;) Big up !!!

  • ZSHHIIIIISTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTISTISTSITSIG

  • oh, sync with pic n audio issue =/

  • No words can describe this wonderful drumming !!!

  • GET IN A BAND NOW!

  • This is very nice, not so close to the original partition for most parts (but mostly better don't worry ;-) ), what impressed me most in terms of quality of reproduction is the part at 4:50, it's really close to the real partition and nonetheless totally in the rythm!

Imo (as a drummer), the part around 5:50 looks weird, the camera is late and I'm afraid you're like 1/32th off-rythm or it's maybe just my imagination.

Anyway, thumbs up, carry on! this is awesome

  • You should try out "Fuck toronto jungle"

  • 2:54 - He gets up from his seat to breathe

  • Incredible - please record with live strings...

  • woohooo =)

  • Not bad. Incredible.

  • 1:40 blows me away.

  • nice!

  • I love thr rhythm on the snare rolls that starts at 3:53

  • @jboges thanks!! i was basically just playing the snare with both hands and hitting the ride cymbal on each quarter note. the ultimate way to pull a muscle haha. i read an interview with venetian snares saying he just tries to fill everything up with snare hits, so if you count 1 2 3 4 on the ride youd just fill that up with as many 16th and 32nd notes on the snare as possible

  • Pretty sick man. I love the Rossz Csillag album. I'm learning Szamar Madar for a youtube cover and I'm using this tune (Hajnal) for the "backing track" component of my entry in this years Australian drum off's. I like how you stuck to the original jazzy groove at the start. I'd love to hear this on an acoustic kit, with real cymbals. I can't get my head around electronics, not my cup of tea. But you did a crazy good job man

  • @EliGreenDrums right on brotha, hope you kill it at your drum off! :D I would MUCH prefer using an acoustic kit with real cymbals too, the electric just doesnt cut it, but this is the best i can afford to do ><

  • @blooandwhite Thanks man :) i know what you mean. I'm so tight for cash at the moment and i'm hanging out for some new cymbals + a new kit but it's all too much! I'm going to upload my jams to this tune if you want to sub and check it out, just the first 2 minutes before the groove comes in. As dictated by the drum off "rules" =\

  • This was absolutely amazing. This is quite an amazing song, and one of the most difficult I can think of. Hats off to you, because it may be one of the most amazing attempts I've ever seen.

  • @masteraar57 thanks man :) its far from perfect but hopefully i inspire someone to do better!

  • Ibb2r I bet you are just a master at drumming VS....

this is fucking skill so shove your ego up your ass

  • i didn't think that fast of drumming was humanly possible.

  • impossible :p

  • Strictly Beastly!

  • @bloodandwhite

i dont know wtf that is lol

  • man keep doing this! ;)

  • not a bad attempt...really hard song...a lot of it u are jamming and not playing the programmed stuff, which sounds kinda shitty since u play the recorded song at the same time

  • @lbb2r corbin bernsen disapproves :( :(

  • @blooandwhite lolz

  • Jesus man... when it kicks into the main part around 3:40, I was blown away. Didn't think it was possible for the song to get any better.

  • well done matey!

i love venetian snares and a bit of live drumming didn't hurt.

also i have no probs with e-drums esp when you play to an electro song.

friend of mine just bought a TD-20 and believe me, live drum kits can retire.

i know some ppl could get really upset about it but we've been using electronic guitars, basses, violins, pianos, etc. for ages.

why should be the drums exceptions?

  • @rozgonya guitars are electric, not electronic. The electric guitar has a new sound and it doesn't try to model acoustic guitars. The Line 6 digiguitars are even moar lame than e-drums. Electric violins aren't modelling anything either. Acoustic pianos are always better than electric ones. Synths are a whole new story, but then synths have a lot of horrid string models. Modeling is the problem. Real sounds are always better.

Also electro is a genre, not the same thing as electronic music :)

  • now imagine this with a real drum set.

  • U rocked so hard it looked like you were sped up

  • this is some epic drumming but it sounds really nasty just because of the electric kit sounds ..if that thing has midi out you should try hooking it up to native instruments battery on your pc and gett some filthy sampled Dnb grooves in there chop them up and then hammer it like that ..it would sound pro as fuck..ive been wanting to do that for ages but allas no electronic kit ..and i dont think my niegbours would appreciate me hammering out v snares on my acoustic haha

  • @swarm69 ive tried hooking it up to the pc as a midi controller but it just doesnt match up with my speed. with stuff like this a 1 ms delay ends up screwing up the whole thing haha, ill have to get a better kit/interface, but that stuff is big money. playing an acoustic is more fun anyway, this kit is bad. i learned how to do all this stuff on an acoustic, i was just never able to record or tape my drumming to music until i got the E-kit.

  • @blooandwhite just run it through an audio interface like the echo audifire 4 :P then into Addictive drummer, theres a crack out for it.

  • @JamesTheWench when i record i run it through an instrument cable into creatives x-fi external box. when i run it through the midi ports into ableton it just cant keep up with me

  • @blooandwhite Oh, fair enough :P i'm sure you can sell off that module for about £200, the new DM-10 is only about £400-450.

  • 83 thumb up!

  • i realy hope that one day we will have the privilege to see you live, because the world has to see your tallent. this was the most beatiful drumming i have ever saw in my life.and i saw a lot of drumming. keep up the good work

  • @tanathos17 hah right on brother! im trying to figure out how to get a live performance going. ive been into dubstep real hard lately so itll probably be some fusion of dubstep, drumnbass, turntables, and this drumset :D

  • Wow, I have the exact same electronic kit. Guess I have no excuse for not making it sound good anymore!

  • @vilemk10 hahah you can make anything sound good!!!

  • my pops got it from a friend for super cheap, its an old model. check ebay/craigslist!

  • aaah.. my favourite song. Nice bro, u have potencial

  • You are one of the best people in the world. Amazing stuff, thank you for sharing it.

  • @VenetianSnus thank you for appreciating it :D

  • OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAND!!!!!!!1

  • @blooandwhite

    Haha

Are you in a band or anything?

  • naw i dont like being in bands, i just make DAW/tracker based music

  • That was fucking crazy. You drummed yourself into another dimension. I half expected to see your drumkit on the other side of the room with you fucking appearing and disappearing and teleporting around the room and shit. That was insane.

  • wow best comment ive ever received thank you!!!!!

  • It's a shame the sync gets out on this vid. Any chance you've got the original floating around somewhere?

  • naw, im too poor to afford good recording gear, this is the best i can do :(

  • Don't get me wrong, it's still sweet as fuck. Just a bummer about the sync at the end.

  • just rewatched this. it's still amazing.

so when are you going to put some new venetian snares vids up? :'

  • when i get some flippin time, school is so far up my ass i can taste the god damn homework!!!!!!!!!! been into more raggacore dubstep though, so who knows whatll come next :]

  • i highly recommend turkey hill's party cake ice cream :3

  • @blooandwhite lol u r funi

  • It's funny because at one point there's some audio-video delay and you can't tell until you stop playing :P

  • yeah lol its all over the place in my videos, my hardware sucks! oh well, ill just have to pretend my drumming causes some temporal distortion ;p

  • Some really nice playing man. nice one!

  • :O dear god... that was sublime, I tip my hat to you sir!

  • just curious, why does the cymbal? closest to the screen looks like its rubber is peeling off

or is it meant to be that way?

  • because the drumset is used and really old!!! this is not the equipment id be using to record if i had a choice lol

  • second time i got a video to 1,000 views for the first time :D cheers everyone, screw youtube!!! Thanks for the supporT!!

  • dude seriously good effort! one of my fave tracks and u certainly did it justice, keep up the good work bro

  • great stuff, keep up the good work, looking forward to more crazy shit like thissoon ;)

  • Maniac science magician, just occured to me that I'd never watched this video! This is beyond amazing, you are actually completely insane! Again, only complaint is with the general public who'd rather suck cock and fuck their children with Lego than watch this. 854 views on this while faggots playing rock shuffles that were perfected decades ago are swimming in praise :/ Anyways, supremely magical as always, MORE BUMBLEBEETS TOO, I NEED TO DANCE! I'll eat your school if I don't have new BB ASAP!

  • THAT WAS FUCKING TIGHT

  • thanks!

  • That was amazing....

I'm so sad the audio went out of sync though D:

  • yeah, curse my shitty equipment :(

  • I have a feeling it's youtube...

It doesn't take away from your talent though, we can still hear how amazing you are.

  • this is amazing.

    keep it up !

  • thanks dude, will do :)

  • офигенно!

пысы. не знаю, поймешь ли ты меня... ;)

  • it meens - cool ;)

    do more remixes.

    U R the best!

  • sweet, coolest way to write cool ever! I will keep workin on em, thanks for the support!

  • как он - не знаю, а я понял. =)

  • woot woot! :D

  • just WOW!

  • Must of been hard drumming to those jazz parts.

  • i dunno i guess it all comes down to what you want to put on top of it even if its a ridiculous blast beat ;DDDD not to mention its 50000 times easier on a real drum set

  • impressive

  • Jizzed my pants to this
