  • This is at an innocent phase, like students for a hot lunch. I can assure you, there are local and State officials who would execute each and every one of these people. Foremost among these, the Police. The police hate these offenders more than any other for they fail to acknowledge there authority. Read some of the responses to this video. Never doubt there are people willing to kill you for smoking marijuana.

  • When I saw the Police officer with the dog in this video, I knew where this ends. The officer has trained the dogs to go after men's gentitals and woman's faces. These public demistrations are passive now, but the police play rough. For many reasons, the police hate these type of offenders more than any other criminal. Unlike any criminal these men and women refuse to ecknowlegde the officers authority.

  • You don't understand that Police officers look upon marijuana users as the Nazi perceived Jews in Western Europe. The police are dedicated to the elimination of every narcotics user in the the United States. In some instances even if it means the liquidation of members of their own families. Our elected sheriff has publicly stated, he would rather see his own daughter dead than to be found using marijuana.

  • These people think this is simply a political problem that can be corrected through changes in legislation. In reality, there are police officers both male and female standing among these groups who would love nothing more than to shoot them to death right there on the sidewalk. They equate people who smoke marijuana with sub humans who should be elliminated.

  • This will end as all these movements end. Eventually at one of these rallies or protests, the police will beat someone to death, probably on video. There is also the possibility, the police will open fire on a large gathering of protesters, Kent State fashion. This will generate the national outrage necessary to put this part of the drug war to an end. The police are willing to kill you over this.

  • this protest was mentioned in our local paper here in grass valley CA

  • cops need to go after people who sell crack and other dangerous drugs not go after a bunch of young people who smoke weed.i know its against the law and they have to enforce it but i think its wrong and if there protesting in front or on someones right of way then they need to stop, but there are worse crimes then smoking weed.

  • it would of been nice to hear the officer's speech at the end

  • pretty lady . i want a hug too

  • MARRY ME JENETTE!

  • What a disgrace these people are.

  • Just a suggestion Ridley; please turn the volume down for your videos. Of course, i could just keep turning it down myself, but that couple seconds of ear piercing sound in the beginning, which is usually you singing, is quite annoying, and could easily be avoided in the edited process.

Thanks for all of your videos dude!

  • G*d bless the ex police officer for standing up for his own conscious.

  • @greenback001 there's lots more good cops at law enforcement against prohibition, online at leap-cc.

  • Wind issue? What wind issue?

  • Thank you, Mr. Jarvis, for having a conscience. I commend thee.

  • Legalizing weed will improve our country's situation greatly. It will create jobs, lower the crime rate and put a curb in the cartel's revenues.

Legalize weed and realize that prohibition is unconstitutional.

  • Keep up the good work guys. We are winning this part of this war.

  • Oh Dave, the end of your vid.... you are an interesting character. Luv ya bro. :-)

  • Glad to see the other new media there. Good job guys.

  • "Whenever I see a new [pretty female] face, I just want to talk to them."

Fixed that for you, Dave! :b

  • So if I gave the guy who was lighter challenged with the burning of the parking ticket a fine for parking, he wouldn't mind paying me? LOL - if the stoners wish to get this mary j movement going full steam ahead, they really need to stop taking different roads here and there and grow the fuck up! Merchants/business owners SUPPORT parking fines - they are "the people". A mom and pop store rely on those spaces for business - not so some moron can tramp around like he owns the God damned place.

  • @SSILENTNATION : It's well known that towns and cities seek money from "regulation violations" and constantly look for more ways to collect such money. Most local govt people will admit that the purpose of parking meters is as a revenue device. If the area is all stores, then people parking there are mostly going to stores, anyhow.

  • @GetMeThere1 I understand that there is an expectation from government to collect revenue from violations - they even budget for it. However, it is not like the local people who happen to work for "the government" are putting this money in their pocket individually, so it's not like some sneaky thing. There is a reason for consequence - and most merchants support it. I have read numerous articles where that is there #1 complaint.

  • @SSILENTNATION :

    1) I never DIDN'T go to a store where I needed to get something, just because it was difficult to park.

    2) It's not that it "goes in anybody's pocket," it's that it just goes to support bigger governments--which then look for more and more revenue as they get bigger. At a point, the MAIN purpose of the money is to support a huge beaurocracy--that doesn't do anything other than collect money to support itself.

  • @SSILENTNATION

That's why we should give the spots back to the stores. Let them decide how they want to use them -- and if you violate their rules, you pay them (the people who were actually harmed), not the state.

  • great show

  • Its nice to know, there are good cops out there!

  • Ahhh! Don't be so ADD with the camera! Focus on peoples' faces when they're talking, it's distracting if you just start zooming off into the distance like with the cop, and in one of your last videos... Sorry, just had to get that off my chest. Thanks!

  • California just voted to put it ( legalize it) on our ballot.
