The self alleyoop was his Junior year, Alford was on the bench. Can someone fire Hinson already? He is getting more years than Spoohower, and he hasn't been to a single NCAA tourney.
Right you are. I tried to block out the fact that he had to play one year for Hinson. This video was from 1998-99, but it was in fact his junior season.
Ya I don't know it's so hard it would be a difficult choice bcuz he can't win away games but he has done a lot better near the end of the season and he's been trying hard to keep his job! Oh well not my choice! But abovedarim21 does hav a good point about not making it to the tourney!
I didn't think I would ever get to see the dunk against SIU ever again. I have it recorded on VHS from when he made it on ESPN's highlight reel, but I've been wanting to get it onto computer for forever. So glad it's on here.

Chris Thunnell hit a 3 to send the game to OT where SMS won. SMS/SIU games have traditionally been solid games.
