  • how are you?

  • UNIVERSAL LOVE!

  • Calling the Tefillin "Tefillins" is like calling Shoes "Shoeses" it is adding a plural to somthing already plural.

  • @KingOystar You mean plurals

  • Zionget is really lost. Poor guy.

  • I didn't know that about the boxes on the out side of an orthodox home. I learned something new today :) I have friends of many faiths including deeply conservative Christians, reform Jews, Muslims, and Buddhists. I'm an atheist myself but I love all my friends and respect them deeply. Too bad more people can't get along.

  • why can't we all just get along and stop hating. One Love

  • Judaism is border line, you do not hear about Jews going from door to door and trying to recruit others, or threatening others to convert to Judaism.

  • i like how informative these videos are but ALL of them consistently leave out the fact that America is a nation where religion and state are seperate and thus the state (the police) always trump an individuals religion!!! , just because a person CHOOSES to believe in god without evidence does NOT mean that everyone else has to respect that belief !! if you wear special religious clothing its only special to YOU and no one else, to the police your silly superstitions dont matter !!

  • the jews control the media

  • is anyone here an orthodox jew?

  • Wow - "Orthodox Judaism" sounds like a big pain in the @ss.

    ...AND not entirely unlike OCD.

  • @RemoveYourChains thats what its turned into *sigh*.

  • Very informative! excellent video

  • Muslims and Jes are like family, and we hate them why?

    Zionists?

They are killing real jews so SHUT UP!

  • @FalconPunch239 Hahaha, You're a dumb dick.

  • Im.muslim but I respect all relgeions.

  • At 3:48 she "forgot" to mention that her hair is shaved under the wig! How absent minded of her... Stark Raving Mad evil cult, which has nothing to do with the religion of the Israelites, but was born out of the minds of Maimonides, Mendel Schneerson and other evil rabbinical cult leaders. Rosary films guy, why don't you investigate what their talmud says about Jesus and the Theotokos?

  • Countless contributions to Chicago allright! Just look into the careers of Meyer Lansky, Sidney Korshak, Arnold Rothstein ... All the way to uber mafioso Rahm Emanuel. Countless contributions in the shape of dead bodies, heroin traffic, white slavery, the Obama presidency... There's nothing more sad than a pro-jewish catholic.

  • Revelation 14-19. In these 16 chapters, it is evident that the sources of evil, both man and angels will try to eliminate the Jews from the world, Revelation 12:13-17. Zechariah, another ancient Jewish prophet, says that two-thirds of the Jews will be killed during this same period of time, Zechariah 13:8.

  • @JohariAfiq

yea but the claim of the prophet muhammad(peace on him) is not that islam(submission to g-d) is new and comes from him. But that its the same way of life revealed by Elohim, to Avraham, Moishe, David etc.(peace on them all)

So I wouldnt say Moishe copied or had similarities with Avraham's way of life, but its the same one.

Now about our differences, Judaism has more laws, BUT even the concept of Noahide laws can clearly explain it. Really Muhammad was like a noahide prophet

  • wow

The U.S save the jews more than american people!!

  • Hitler was right. Judaism is a degenerate religion, racist and purely Communism.

  • Christians, Jews, atheists and people of all faith communities crooked shall give account to Allah Subhanallah ve Taâla one day!

  • @mobfiggak1 lol FAGGOT!

  • @AllHailThaKing if u had the amount of scholarship god gives to a pile of shit u would know that Jews played a major role in Africans being enslaved(east/west Dutch Indian company)...ur own historians admit it even the Jewish encyclopedia admits it...stinking Jews didn't care about freeing Africans...get the fuck outta here;with the countless amount books and evidence of Jewish involvement of slavery...we freed ourselves bitch without anybodies help remember that!!!!!!!

  • @IsaIslam1 to be more specific its, Cousins since Ismaell and Abaraham were brothers......

  • Any Jews got a problem with my claims lineup your best rabbi's and Jewish scholars so u watch them all fall like dominos after they feel the power of my scholarship....c'mon Jews line 'em up and get 'em ready to be slaughtered by true knowledge and wisdom

  • @mobfiggak1 what do u know that i dont?

  • To all Jews(Sephardic,Kazar, conservative, orthodox, and reform) ur entire history, traditions, rituals and customs come directly from either Egypt or Babylon so take ur head out of the Torah or the Talmud and do some real research so u can understand the misinformation that ur all giving out to the world....Black Power Bitches!!!!!!!!

  • @mobfiggak1 Ho really? Well good to know. Please, tell me why you so.

  • @mobfiggak1 as i reread ur previous msg u said "black power", its funny becuase without the jews u would still be a Slave. Read some history first if ur capable with ur "inttelegence"

  • @ariellacapian archaeological evidence has proven the exodus in the OT is false...anyone who believes in it also believes in spookism and can b considered a brainwashed religious fanatic

  • #Freeman8522 its called kosher and its the food Jews eat

  • love this video very informative what is casher food ...???

  • fuck jews

  • i wish it was like that in israel. here, hassidic (ultra orthodox jews) block the road into their streets during the sabbath. and they would attack anyone (especially police) who does something that judaism doesnt allow (even if they suspect it isnt allowed) near them.

not only that, but after this would happen, in a matter of minutes you'll have thousands of angry ultra-orthodox jews rioting in the streets, attacking people, throwing stones and burning cars and trash containers.

  • god bless all jewggers and jewgroids!!

  • God bless u jews! we love u and israel!

    Greetings from America :)

  • circumcision is the stamp of Lucifer who is the sole authority over the jews. The jewish "mohels" put their mouths around every 2-week old jewish penis and use their tongues to extract the foreskin which ruins the initial puberty cycle when normal emotions are formed. When the television program "To Catch A Predator" nabbed that troll rabbi David Kaye they found some photos of 9 rabbis together at a function. 5 of those 9 rabbis were convicted sexual abusers of children.

  • @TheTruthMustPrevail wow you clearly know nothing

  • 卐.

  • Im not Jewish, im Catholic. But am I allowed to worship in a Jewish temple? Will the Jews let me worship there? Thanks for any answer.

  • @YeshuaisYahweh1 depends on the specific community and rabbi.

but as far as i know (im an israeli jew), you can be inside the sinagogue, and even say some of the prayers (not all of them), but it would be offensive to say christian prayers.

you better talk with someone jewish who knows the specific sinagogue and the community well, and ask him.

  • @kidi1232 Thanks, ill call a sinagogue around where I am, and ask. Because to me its the exact same god.

  • @YeshuaisYahweh1 after further reading, all synagogues (as much as i can speak in the name of all jews) would allow you to enter.

you just better talk with them before to understand what you may and may not do, and what can be offensive to some (for example, wearing a cross can be considered as an offensive act in some places). explain to them that you are a christian and your belief in god.

when you are in the sinagogue, sit near a nice old man, he'll tell you what to do and what not to.

  • @kidi1232 Thanks for the tips. Hey, how is it in Iseral, how is it to live in the Holy Land? I would think it would be awsome!

  • @YeshuaisYahweh1 im not religious, but it means a lot to me since it's my people's homeland.

2000 years my ancestors wished "next year we'll be in jerusalem", and now i'm here...

    it's great being here.

it's not easy to live here, the enviroment is difficult which requires you to be strong. the people are difficult which requires you a great tolerance.

but those difficulties are what makes it good. (or is it the knowing you didnt gave up even though the difficulties?)

    it surely is awsome.

  • @kidi1232 Have u been to the Western Wall And all of the other religious sights?

  • @YeshuaisYahweh1 i have been in the western wall (and the tunnels of the western wall) it's a major part of my history. unfortunately most of it is buried underground now and only part of those tunnels are allowed to visitors.

i am not allowed to enter the temple mount. and i never visited the christian sites.

  • @kidi1232 Kool. I believe the Western Wall, or around there was where Abraham was going to sacrifice Isaac.

  • @YeshuaisYahweh1 yes, according to the jewish faith, abraham went with isaac to the mountain of moria (not the one from the lord of the rings!), some believe that it was right over the Foundation Stone, which is somewhere on the temple mountain.

  • @kidi1232 Thats what the Christians believe also. But Muslims believe it was not Isaac, but Ishmael that Abraham was going to burn. Rediculas aint it?

  • @YeshuaisYahweh1 you will find many rediculas things when confronting 2 religions.

  • @kidi1232 True that. True that.

  • The Torah, Kabbalah & New Testament do not tell whether Jehovah have genital; had sex with Mary to father Jesus; what he was doing when 6m Jews were murdered by Hitler. • that was very informative, thank you

  • @apluskel - thank you!

  • Judaism the religion is a false religion and is proven that by Ezra and Nehemiah

  • I am a strong believer in christ, but have always had a strong intrinsic love for jews and judaism, they really do feel like my 'brothers'.

  • Im Jewish- and im glad to see positive comments

  • @jimmypagen10 Judaisim is a good religon my friend :) I am a Chritian, what type of Jew are you?

  • @Clairemorris1000 Modern Orthodox

  • I am a Christian, but I believe Jesus wanted us to learn about Judahism and I hav no issues with Jewish people, usually they tend to be my friends. I don't judge them, because their usually really cool.

  • Just recently I took a session in a Jewish club at my school, and after watching this video, I now have great respect for Jewish people.

  • omg...soooo many similarities like the muslim faith..!!!

  • @abibi1984 Christianity and Islam have many roots in Judaism :)) Hence the similarities... why all the hate? Ya know?

  • I used to think jewish people were something bad just from people calling eachother jews at my school, but now i realize how they are perfectly normal people who are modest and respectful i appreciate this as im a muslim

  • same here tahir i want to understand judaism better...to be honest i grew up with quite alot of jews at my school and i saw alot of similarities between jews and muslims.

  • very good video...i as a muslim now understand and respect jews

  • @TAHIR423 - thank you for your comments!

  • @TAHIR423 i hope you respect jews, and that some remember you also wear a head scarf, becuase in read in france that jews supported the attack on muslims head scarf, Sarkozi is actually Jewish, a closet jew

  • I dont know why judaism is the only religion that is not being criticized.Maybe because the atheists are scared of them.

  • I have a question. If the Torah is the Five Fifths of the Law, and it states to not add to or take away, then wouldn't the Mishna, Talmud, and Hebrew Calender all be in violation of the Torah? The Hebrew Calender should be based on the barley becoming aviv and the moons that appear in the Israel according to the Torah.

  • @SpankbankINC Yours is a very good question. We must understand that as technology is developed and we enter more modern times, laws need to be reinterpreted to fit each generation. Defining laws according to modernity is not considered adding to the Torah. The mishna and talmud are something different. In 660 B.C.E. the mishna was compiled. The talmud is centuries of rabbis' interpretations of what was stated in the mishna. The hebrew calendar is indeed compiled according to the lunar cycle.

  • scribd (dot) com/nb812

  • very nice informative video

  • is their one for islam os is that all CNN :P

  • Year 1869 Rabbi Reichorn says @ funeral of Grand Rabbi Simeon Ben-Iudah- "Thanks 2 terrible power of International Banks, we have forced Christians into wars without number. Wars have special value 4 Jews, since Christians massacre each other & make more room 4 us Jews. Wars are Jews' harvest, the Jew banks grow fat on Christian wars. Over one hundred million Christians have been swept of face of earth by wars, & end is not yet." From book 'Synagogue of Satan' by Andrew Hitchcock.

  • @2ndSamuel710 you know that its a big lie......but that ok...you have an agenda... Palestine....so youll say and do everything....you cant compare any nation to the Jewish people in achievements and creativity or any other shit....sometimes i think that maybe there is god cause there is no way that a small nation like mine control and own everything...even this site and google...a jew owns them....amazing....dont let the envy kill you....

  • Hi, I am not Christian but Muslim. But my question do not have any other purpose than understanding better other religions.

So I have some questions to my Jewish brothers if one of them would be kind enough to answer.

What were/are the words "Son" and "Father used for?

My understanding is that in Hebrew, Aramaic, or Arabic (all semitic so the same) is that they are not the same as the occidental meanings that classify those as "parental" but not spiritual.

    Thanks in advance!

  • if i understand you correctly you are asking what is the term for son and father in Hebrew. The word for father is abbah and the word for son is ben. If i misunderstood your question please explain G-d bless.

  • First thank you for taking the time to answer.

I did not ask clearly, I apologize. I was more asking about the meaning "behind" the words.

For example the word you told "ben" (like in Arabic) is not an exclusive "son to biological father" word right?

Because even in Arabic (and even in Hebrew I think) this word can also mean "from" (roughly) like let us say Yacob from Tira: Yacob Ben Tira?

    Or even "spiritual" son?

I hope I was clear enough my brother.

    "Shalam" ;-) (shalom+salam)

  • @Victortrotska you're right, ben/bat in Hebrew can refer to both a spiritual and physical son/daughter; I don't know about Aramaic though..

  • @rocksor83 Thank you my friend!

  • @Victortrotska

In Hebrew you would not use the word ben to mean "from" you would either put the prefix 'mi'. So for instance you would say Yacov mi'Tira. In Aramaic as well you do not use the word 'bar" to mean "from". I'm not sure what you mean by "spiritual son", but for instance a Rabbi can refer to his students as his sons. at the end of the Second Temple era Jews scattered throughout Middle Eastern and European lands.

  • cont.

The ones who went to the Middle East are called Sephardi and the ones from European lands are called Ashkenazi. Someone who converted in Europe would also become an Ashkenazi and someone who converted in the Middle East would have become a Sephardi. But all but both Sephardi and Ashkenazi Jews descend from the same Jews.

  • no we can actulay eat thigh meat as long as the sciatic nerve is removed:

"Therefore the children of Israel eat not the sinew of the thigh-vein which is upon the hollow of the thigh, unto this day; because he touched the hollow of Jacob's thigh, even in the sinew of the thigh-vein." (Bereshit 32:33)

  • Interesting learning in depth about other religions other than my own...

    very interesting...

  • Seems that Sikhs are much easy on the Chicago PD compared to orthodox Jews.

  • not all orthodox wear a head covering...especially the modern orthodox.

  • I would like to thank the guy who made this vid and is there anymore like this? Btw the jewish faith is 85-90% similair to Islam... Even the languege and the way their do things is the same... I am muslim btw and have done a lot if research on this

  • this was actually very well done, accurate, and informative.

  • ipwnnewbs50, thanks!

  • there extremely sheltered.

  • @keakini - what, no pork?

I thought that was a muslim thing only...

    Why no pork ?

  • @keakini like what ?

  • God bless Jewish people everywhere!

  • It's great, in this video we learn how to respect and treat jews. But does law not apply to them? Why aren't other groups exceptions from obeying the law then?

  • from what your saying it sounds like you did not graduate high school.

  • Nearly, about 80-90%similar to Islam.

I am Muslim, I feel so close to my Jewish cousins in faith.

  • you re religions are more of the same because they re all copied from paganism

  • What is kosher food? Is it blessed food?

  • it sound similar to Isalam

  • @meshmis Judaism has nothing to do withh islam

  • I think that Judaism is a beautiful thing and i am proud to be a part of it.

  • I think more people should live this way.

  • I am not Jewish, but I think Judaism is so beautiful.

  • @kimmiejay I don't understand why Jews teach eachother that they are God's chosen people, when God rejected Jews and Israel from his holy land in 2Kings chapter 24 and chapter 17, for repeatedly rejecting God's covenant. God told Israel in 1 Kings 9:6 ...You will be my people, but if you reject My covenant, I will uproot you from this land that I gave to your fathers, and Israel will be a byword of history. Seems like Jews are God's 'rejected' peoples

  • Why did the Department of Justice make this video? It's good, but why did they make it as opposed to another group.

  • Oh, I see now. It's for police officers.

  • There are more videos on Sikhism and Islam and Catholicism

  • ya ahlal kittab...oh people of the book............And do not dispute with the followers of the Book except by what is best, except those of them who act unjustly, and say: We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you, and our God and your God is One, and to Him do we submit. [Qur'an 29:46

  • I have the impression that out of all the religions showed in this series, jews are more accepted /less discriminated in north american society. Am I right? PEACE.

  • I wish I was Jewish.They are so talented.

  • u now u can convert?

  • As Egyptian society suffered internal conflict and it's security faltered, we can assume slave communities would have had amble opportunity to migrate out of Egypt, taking their religion with them. Exodus? Of course there was never any mass exodus as described in the book of that name, but archeological evidence does support the stories of Judges. A slow take over of Canaan by monotheistic Jews.

    A plausible theory no?

    I am Jewish btw.

  • very good theory but the jews werent slaves leaving egypt during exodus and do u you know about the Khazar Jews.....if u do please elaborate...your theory about Aton has support but remember jews(hebrews or hyksos) ruled lower egypt prior to the exodus and there commoners were 2nd class citizens unless they just embraced egyptian culture

  • Hebrews ruled Lower Egypt? I didn't know this.

Geographically that would make sense, almost, considering Lower Egypt bordered the Sinai Peninsula, which was the land route btw Judah & Egypt. I'm just unfamiliar with the notion that the Northern Egypt was ever under Hebrew control, especially prior to Ramses II.

I don't subscribe to the Khazar theory, mainly because Jews had already existed in Europe since the days of their (Roman enforced) expulsion from Zion.

  • not hebrew control but Hyksos control...the hebrews collaberated with the hyksos for they were relatives both coming from the mesopatamia area...the hebrews ancestosr were the first to migrate into egypt as early as 4000 b.c. but they were not hebrews yet and their relatives the hyksos invaded egypt centuries later and they ruled lower egypt and the hebrews were their hosts and collaborators....u must read about the khazars b/c that is history and part of jewish history it is not a theory

  • Ok so I looked up your Hyksos, and immediately I notice that they pre date Akhenaten...just.

But they were not Jews. I know for a fact that the first Jewish Texts showed up a couple of centuries after the death of Akhenaten, which would support my theory of Judaism evolving from the monotheistic foundations laid by Aton Worship, along with obvious influences from other Semetic faiths of the period.

  • yeah b4 they invaded egypt but when they were expelled from egypt they went 2 palestine and established judah where israel came out of and thats where the mesopatamian version of judaism is derived and ur right about akhenaton's religion still being around after his death b/c this is where judaism and christianity comes from....hyksos meant foreign rulers and hebrew means an act of crossing or coming over and b4 coming 2 egypt had no culture but had one after being exiled from egypt

  • My theory is that recognizable Judaism was born out of Semitic slaves adopting the foundations of Aton Worship. If we compare the Prayers of Akhenaton to early Jewish Psalms, the content is near identical. I can provide examples if needed. We can also see direct similarities to Semitic & Mesopotamian religion in the language and Myth of early Jewish culture. For example, the Torah tale of the Deluge was taken directly from the Ancient Sumerian Mythology.

  • judaism was not born out of slaves but out of people who were elite's and commoners who did not want 2 live under egyptian rule

  • Interesting, elements from both of our theories are entirely compatible. Yours are more demographic, but do not contradict my theories on original Judaism as a culture and a religion.

I need to do more research, this is very enlightening.

A question. Why do you think the early Jews created the myth of the Exodus? Why would they declare themselves the descendants of slaves? Was it just a way for all migrants to Canaan to share a common ancestry? Glorifying themselves by overcoming adversity?

  • it was created so their history can have a solid base and from my knowledge the israelites were more of indentured servants rather than slaves and prospered somewhat when the hyksos ruled so im more than sure when the hyksos left egyptians were harder on them as for common ancestry they all shared ancestry plus the egyptians referred 2 all who lived in mesopatamia hebrews

  • @mobfiggak1 why do you think the exodus is a myth?

  • @madhammudeux while i appreciate your history lesson, judaism cannot be paralleled with secular history. judaism is unique in its background and was handwritten by moses from the "mouth" of G-d.

  • I also forget to mention, it was not only slaves, but members of Egyptian society, Ostracized for embracing and continuing Atonism, after the death of the founder. Migration out of Egypt also features heavily, since a gradual flow of people out of Egypt, and possibly Mesopotamia, all settling in Canaan would have brought a world of varying oral traditions with them. This is why we find parallels with Torah stories, across the entire Ancient near east.

  • Why did the Jews reject Christ when he came as the Messiah and to purify the Jews who at the time had gone astray?

  • well first off the mans name wasnt "Christ" thats the greek word of the Hebrew title of moshiach.

and jews do not accept Jesus or yeshua ( his actual name, which translates to Joshua ) because he didnt fulfil not even one of the prophecies that the moshciah is supposed to ie:

  • - come from the line of king david

    - be anointed king over Am Yisreal

    - rebuild the temple

-return all the exiles back to Eretz Yisrael

    - close off Yerushalayim from the uncircumcised and non G-d fearing/ mitzvot observing people

    - usher in and era of world peace.

  • @OneGodNoPartners he did not exhibit any of the signs that were said to be true of the one messiah. additionally, you know that jesus was jewish?

  • jews follow traditions of the ancient egyptians also the jews of today are the "askenazi jews" not the jews of the bible.Read Arthur Koestler(a jewish man)"the Thirteenth Tribe"

  • im a jew and am no where near askenazi...

  • What are "askenazi"? People from european ancestry who converted to judaism?

And how are called the Jews who are from the same original people as Abraham (peace be upon him)?
