@FreeBirdKai It's to hard to edit the blood while keeping the scar, so they decided to edit them out.

@Goku100xSSJ I'm guessing they got way too careful the first time around and slowly removed censors as they realized it was unnecessary. Now, we've reached the point where it's okay to show Gero's decapitated head flying through the air.

Atleast they get more lenient with edits as time goes by. Not only is his scar back in a flashback later on but they have some brushed blood on his face. Guess they were just playing it extra safe at this point and realized, later on, that they could get away with editing less.

Kai is amazing where ever it airs!! (except on CW4kids) the edits there make Nicktoons look Uncut xD thank Nicktoons for Kai though

@Gametaker12 the scar was a sloppy edit cause they were removing the blood and said screw it and cleaned off the whole face hes only on screen long enough to get killed anyway so it doesn't matter besides this, the nicktoons version is barely edited

@Mineyurn Kai has no vhs's your talking about DBZ and yes the vhs and dvds are unedited Kai's DVD's are unedited to but Kai's not as violent as Z so Kai uncut is like an edited DBZ

@petplatypus I didn't say that Kao had vhs, and you have to realize something, kai is not new, its just remade so technically its very much edited and like I said the only original unedited is on vhs which is Japanese with english subtitles. Trust me, I was on dbz before it even came to the u.s.

The home releases version are uncensored and the script is good! they now saying stuff like "dammit" "you son of a" and others!!!! this the TV version, both footage are more censored and the script are censored!!!! despite Kai footage already censored in Japan!!!!

They censored it!!!! and if you look close enough you can see Bardock's scar also removed because some of the blood are on Bardock's scar!!!!
