  • I love you! That was great!

  • @mumenschantz I'm basically off them, but the damage regretfully is done. My tremors continue to get worse and i have truly had my personality taken away, i'm just numb to everything, emotionally, i feel little to nothing. I appreciate the advice though.

  • Yeah dude, they did the same shit to me, I never took the meds, they just want to lobotomize you for being stupid. Haha.

  • OMG!!! The only bigger bullshit than this is the DSM

  • Brilliant, and sooooo truthful.

    Thank you.xoxoxo<3<3<3

  • Oh, and I never had a history or intent of physical violence or suicide when I was commited or any other time. The only thing my parents listed as wrong was cussing at my dad over the phone during an argument, an argument over his drinking so they said I was mentally unstable, and the judge sided with them. The doctor made fabrications in my medical file, which I'm currently undoing through talking to my psychiatrist and a lawsuit.

  • I was involuntarilly commited to a mental hospital. While there the doctor listened to my complaint about a chemical injury which burned the skin of my feet, all of which was documented at work. He listed in his report, "patient believes a chemical has infiltrated his body and is causing damage" as a delusion. I never have had delusions, paranoia, or hearing voices ever, nor did I report these ever. I'm currently in litigation for punitive damages for my doctor not investigating or lying.

  • I love this song!

  • Bullshit ... Scientology ???

  • @Twitystar11 nope, this video has nothing to do with scientology. i think scientology is dangerous.

  • @dmackler58 I thought so. Scientology has the same views because.

  • @dmackler58

Thanks for the upload. This song is so true. Unfortunately, i am a victim of psych meds and have tremors and feel all kinds of fucked up. People, this song has a light tone to it, but it's words are very very true. I wish we could make psychiatrists test their product before recommending it. But big pharma, wall street, money, the root of all evil. It's a damn shame, the damage they do to the human mind is truly inhumane.

  • lolz what a random video with but if i say its good i have lack of insight

  • Brilliant

  • this song is funny hehehe

  • I am "bi polar" ~ Yes pills are probably over prescribed, but a good dose has helped me. I was diagnosed bipolar a couple years ago and had huge ups and downs. I used to be on too much medication making me sleepy/numb, but over the past year I have been cutting down to 1/6 the medicine, I feel great and I am in control of my mental state. Message me if you want to bounce ideas or anything

  • LOL you guys are idiots. Tell a schizophrenic or a person with major depression that they don't need medication. What grounds do you have to criticize a profession of hard working physician?? Please... At least read the clinical studies on the latest SSRIs and benzodiazepines before you dismiss the- Also, you need a court order to 'involuntarily commit' somebody and that can only occur if there is history or intent of physical violence or suicide.

  • @persianelephant --- it sounds like you believe the messages put forth by psychiatry. however, there is a wealth of clinical and anecdotal evidence (that is, scientific evidence) offering direct contradiction to many of the basic tenets of modern psychiatry. a good place to start might be to read robert whitaker's books "anatomy of an epidemic" or "mad in america." even many traditional psychiatrists are taking note.

  • @dmackler58 I have been a guinea pig of modern psychiatric medicine for almost 2 decades now.I would of called this guy an idiot as little as 5 years ago, because when i got of my meds i felt terrible, and when i got back on them i felt ok..i didnt know about dependence/tolerance/withdrawal...

their is a great "placebo" effect with these meds for some..and the neurotransmitters they effect are responsible for alot of things besides mood..

  • @persianelephant here's a clinical study for you. i have been diagnosed with more things than i can count. schizophrenia severe depression included. that medicin did nothing but make me worse mentaly and when i told the doctor they would increase the dose! it wasn't until i had a heart condition and had to be rushed to the hospital and nearly DIED from taking 5 types of pills that weren't supposed to go togather! the heart doctor told me to stop the medicine, never been better!

  • @persianelephant clearly you don't know the dangers of hte meds, the meds destroy the brains more than the disease, not saying schizophrenia is not a complex problem, that isn't torture, and we need solutions, however, if you keep up on the latest you ma yrealize that 10% of Americans, as but one example, have psychosis, they would all be labeled the same labels, but it can go away...however Whitaker he's no scientologist, and even the major hospitals, APA,

  • articles showing how they label everyone the same way, with drugs that hurt the brain and body far more is the problem...just google antipsychotics, Electroshock, you evenually may start seeing the quackery of psychiatry, as it's practiced today...not saying mental illnesses can't be real, or are not.

  • I've been mentally ill my whole life and on meds for a great part of it, I will need meds till the day I die. I have a fantastic pdoc - and I found the clip hilarious. I saw it as a sendup of everything we go through. They may have wanted to portray an anti med, anti pych perspective, but it just took all the falliblies of mental health "care", condensed it, extrapolated it... and came out with comedy. The system is sicker than what we will ever be, but I still swear by my meds and my pdoc!

  • BULLSHIT, BULLSHIT,..!!!!

  • LOVE IT! Its so true too. LOL

  • True, the overprescribe like crazy. But for someone like me who is psychotic, I take my pills or I go insane and do hell knows what. Some people need their meds, like me.

  • Haha good job!

  • Haha good job!

  • Psychiatric drugs are supposed to work by 'building up in your bloodstream', which is a way to convince 'patients' that they are receiving legitimate treatment, and is nothing short of a complete lie.

  • Well that about describes it. The drug companies are so powerfull it's sickening. I used to be a sales rep. They us threats & intimidation if you don't sell enough drugs and then claim it's your fault when they fire you. And get a job in a lab? Forget it they won't even look at you. They ruin people's lives.

  • I've been to several psychiatrists and psychologists. About 6 or so of each. The same conclusion has always been drawn: My concerns are real, what bothers me is real, but my mood swings can happen with the snap of a finger. Even without me telling them what previous doctors have said. The solution? Talk to a psychologist if I want to, when I want to. Otherwise my psychiatrist can see me if I feel like my medication isn't working. Doesn't seem bad in my situation.

  • Posted this to my Schizoids United support group on FB its a favorite there especially among us who aren't medicated. Your work has disturbed me though. Things I only suspected, you've exposed... thanks. I've been on a number antipsychotics and it wasn't hard to tell these meds were debilitating. It really pisses me off that so many have been and are being medicated straight into disability. System is so rigged against the individual and recovery its sick. I am not going to be quiet anymore.

  • Man, those corrupt pharma companies and doctors... at least the creator of this video is honest and not seeking any profit. I mean, it's not like hes a therapist and sees psychiatrists as competition... oh wait.

  • @Chopduel ---don't be too jaded---i quit being a therapist.

  • @dmackler58 LOVE IT1 so true too !

  • @Chopduel And even if he hadn't quit, what a ridiculous argument. A person is anti-psychiatry and becomes a therapist ... and it's a matter of competition? Backwards, buddy.

  • @rashedly it's not uncommon for quacks to bash medicine, not that i'm accusing the uploader of anything, just saying...

  • @Chopduel It's not uncommon for people who learn about something important being dealt with in a fucked up way to do something related with their lives.

  • this is really gratifying.

  • This would be funny if it wasn't so tragic. Amazingly, Medicaid had capped my psychotherapy at 10 hours PER YEAR!!! Medicaid did notify me that I CAN increase my psychiatric visits, and can always get more medication (I currently take none.) I know that visits with a psychiatrist cost medicaid more than visits with a psychotherapist, not to mention the cost of medication. But I have to keep reminding myself that the pharmacuetical lobby is much more powerful than the lobby representing therapist

  • @Stephen73491 thanks for this posting. sounds spot on to me. it's a rotten system, you nailed it. as for the lobby for psychotherapists, i don't even know that there is one. i am a social worker, and the NASW (national association of social workers) are just a bunch of weaklings, as far as i am concerned. but there are always alternate ways to heal. many ways besides therapy. all the best to you ---- Daniel

  • Wow! Realy great! I think, if more psychologists and psychiatrists would quit their job and start making music videos instead, there would be more mental health in the world. In fact, there is a biological cause of mental illness - the psychiatrists could see this cause by looking into the mirror. ;)

  • @Gedankenverbrecher84 ha ha ha --- nicely said! --- daniel m.

  • Why dont you run the god damn country if you know best!!!!!

  • @HyperNessie Hi, HyperNessie, hmm, that might be a fun idea, considering the nitwits that presently run it.

  • @HyperNessie the people who know best are barred by default by the system from gaining the positions of running our god damned countries.

  • My sister has a mental illness, and found out she is gluten-intolerant and dairy-sensitive. So all these years she has been eating foods she’s allergic to! She’s feeling much better, now, with the new diet, and vitamin/herb therapies, combined with the pharmaceuticals, (the side-effects from which have subsided). So, combined, I believe there is a place for prescription drugs. There are even pharmacies, now, that sell combination-therapy products. Nutrition eliminates the causes of illness.

  • Great song. You should link to "The Rosenhan Experiment."

  • Don't stop suddenly as that can fuck you up worse. But demand the psychiatrist to help you walk down back off them.

  • @Antipsychiatry123 i agree, thank you for posting this

  • Anyone taking antipsychotics should seriously consider talking with the psychiatrist about coming off them. That inability to sit still you're experiencing? That's called tardive dyskinisia. The word tardive implies that it can continue as a permanent side effect. Do you think anyone will hire you if you walk to the interview like that? No. Your life will be ruined. Plus it lowers life expectancy and likely causes brain damage.

  • Let's see here. First i developed Tardive dyskinesia because of the drug Geodon. Then I was put on Clozaril to "help" with my dyskinesia. I gained 100 lbs on Clozaril, and it didn't help. Oh yeah, one shrink tried to tell me that my Tardive was just a conervison disorder. It wasn't.

The mental health industry is harming more people than it is helping. Of course there is money to be made by drug companies, and bad shrinks are rarely sued successfully. Quite a racket they got going on.

  • @24props

I had pretty much the exact same experience. I was put on geodon and developed tardive dyskinisia and akathisia (I don't actually think they're separate symptoms necessarily). Of course, the psychiatrist didn't understand the side effects of the medication he was prescribing and misdiagnosed it as "panic attacks" (hint: panic attacks don't last 1 1/2 hours dumbshit). The cure of course was more geodon which increased the akathisia.

  • @24props

They prescribed ativan to treat it, and it got me high and took away the akathisia - for like a week. Then ativan pretty much stopped working. I remember going into the "side therapist" working there and she suggested that my panic attacks were because I wanted to go to church one day. She suggested breathing slowly and steadily. Obviously, her diagnosis was incorrect and her treatment did nothing because akathisia is a horrendous chemical side effect, not a panic attack.

  • @Antipsychiatry123 The fact is that most shrinks are reckless with the prescription pad. And until these so-called doctors change this about their profession they are never going to get the respect they seem to think they deserve.

  • I will not be so rude to say that this industry helps nobody but it helps a few people and I had this forced on me for years...

  • I smell bullshit,

  • This video is truth! I have been locked up and fed all the bullshit. It's evil, and if you think otherwise you are officially a brainwashed tool. evil evil evil

  • I hate the fact that we can still be locked up, strapped down, injected with drugs, fed via naso-gastric tube and stripped of all human dignity in the name of restoring health. Seriously. I have been involuntarily locked up four times, each time come out worse, depression, self-harm, anorexia... this archaic "treatment" must stop!

  • @carniekatie

Well said. I don't think you were angry enough though. I want fucking revenge. Let's shove antipsychotics down psychiatrists throat. See how they like akathisia attacks and constantly fidgeting. Psychiatrists need to be locked up, not their patients. Seriously, if an ignorant unassuming patient who's innocent of every crime deserves such horrendous side effects, what do the horrendous people causing the torture deserve?

  • @Antipsychiatry123

Bam! Thats true, a little role play therapy huh? Role reversal? Sounds like a valid plan, they devised it after all, why not play it out? If they did this to animals it would be considered cruelty. On people? It's treatment. -_-

Even when I had an appeal, they control the mental health review board! They mediate, dismiss your claims and make you sound crazy. Oh and a second oppinion? If you get one, it'll be his right hand "yes man".

    This makes my blood boil.

  • Seriously a great song.

  • I love this. I'm currently sectioned at a mental hospital in Gateshead Uk called the Tranwell Unit. I''ve had nothing but hell through anti psychotic medication. I recently took Haloperidol against my will and i ended up cutting myself to bits in the showers, full of rage, sweating, shaking and rocking back and forwards on my bed it was pure and utter Hell! I think this video is perfect, it expresses how i feel towards meds, the mental health service and tells a true story.

  • @AppetiteForRoses thank you for sharing this. i hope your journey is getting better. the mental health system can so often be horrible to people. all the best to you---from daniel.

  • Comment removed

  • It's too risky to take them, mainly because it's designed to combat serious, so-called, illnesses. And so, for people who don't exhibit such disastrous claims, they shouldn't be on that shit. Especially the young!

The sickest thing is, some of these so-called professionals know this, and, don't really give a fuck, or in the worst of cases, give a fuckin' misdiagnoses.

    I come from the U.S.

  • As much as I hate this profession, it does help some people; the key word here being, some. I think the biggest thing that needs to change is to allow patients to willfully take drugs. This is just my experience with this one hospital I went to twice. I didn't want to be on drugs--antidepressants. I kept lobbying on my behalf that I wanted to try treatment without drugs, but those fuckers kept forcing me to take it because I'd be in inpatient longer if I hadn't.

  • Daniel, Your song is hysterical! And SO true! It's refreshing to see somebody take an uncompromising stand against p$ychiatrists for once. I'd love to see the hate mail you get from NAMI. LOL!

I recently published an anti-p$ychiatric novel. There's a link to it in my YouTube profile.

    peace, John

PS I'm not a Scientologist or a member of the CCHR. The liars would like everybody to believe that's where the only opposition to them comes from.

  • On what basis does this person base his song/comments?

I know of chronically mentally ill persons who were none functional for years until the current level of drugs came on the scene.

I also know that many a psychotic break came when the individual stopped taking their meds - - many murders have happened as a result.

Not very funny or helpful just bitter.

  • Very funny!!

  • Lilly, Jansen and Merk are loving this guaranteed market availed to them by the universal health care.

  • I take Mediesfor some times - but a VOICE remains telling me not to take those "shitty" - PILLS...

  • thank you sir for making this video.

  • cow dung (bullshit) is a healing medicine in Ayurvedic medicine so I am a little offended.....:(

  • How about making a song "Take this pill and shove it, I ain't taking this no more.

  • This is so funny. When I get my son back, this is the first video I'm going show him. Yes there are some good doctors out there, but when you get wicked treatment and doctors this is how one will respond.

  • Just wondering if you were med free while making this. I enjoyed very much.

  • @northernlightning I actually have never been on psych meds myself (except benadryl for sleep as a teen---hated it). I wrote this song based on the experiences of so many (too many!!!) people i know and love.

  • Schizophrenia is awsome I Love it.

  • lol

    Very nice. loooooooool

  • As someone who has had a good experience with meds and psychiatrists in the treatment of mental illness, this video saddens and confuses me. I have been on meds from the age of 5 up until the age of 14 (being 18 now). My psychiatrist was always helpful and friendly. When I was struggling with a particular brand of meds, I was immediately given more agreeable ones. I was given the choice of coming off them whenever I wanted (which I did). Maybe its because I'm in the UK? What do others think?

  • @anorkeest

Well, I don't know much about the UK system, but I know the US system is the worst, so being anywhere else is bound to be a bit better haha. Having said that, the point here is not that drugs NEVER work, or that psychiatrists ONLY ever wanna CONTROL you (pharmaco's actually do ALWAYS want this btw), but instead that the OVERWHELMING majority of the time this is true. The message is to reform the system in such a way as to keep the few good parts but get rid of the larger bad parts

  • @anorkeest I know many people who say they have had positive experiences on meds. This video expresses the POV of the many people I know who have had horrible experiences. I hope I didn't claim to represent all POVs with this song... I just feel the POV I express here is far too under-expressed...

  • @anorkeest DId you get off the drugs? Or did you, on complaining about the last one, get, not none, but yet another?

  • Great video. I've had that label applied to me, but I am now medication free (apart from ant-depressants) for the last 3 months and I feel fine. No paranoia or other such symptoms. I have noticed to real change. I am working and doing great. Best of luck to ya!

  • Nice hit for alle the psychiatrists that could need help looking their own way. Another one:

"Where you got that bullshit from." ...lol

  • hahaha funny song. Really well done!

  • I feel the person singings same sentiment for psyche meds they ruined my life and brain damaged me.

  • Well done! I know so many women on meds yet they don't get any type of decent therapy...aren't even encouraged to do any real and deeo inner work...they're just being sedated,,,and so how pray tell will this bring about any true healing...

  • lamictal gave me brain damage, geodon gave me tardive dyskinesia, im now disabled person, i didnt smell the bullshit at first, but now i want them all to die

  • 'Having been on both sides I have to agree with you. Starting out with a BA in Psych, I worked as a psych aide in hospitals, and a workshop counsellor, and night manager at a half-way house. I've helped force drugs on people and assisted in ECT. Then I had 3 breakdowns myself. I have recouperated from what was diagnosed as Chronic Paranoid Schizophrenia. I have been off the drugs for more than 25 yrs now, but not without permanent damage from them. The mental health system needs to change.

  • Hi Linda---oh man, the mental health system sure does need to change, and frankly, i have lost much hope that it's going to change much from within. i think ex-clients/consumers/survivors are MOST likely to change it in a profoundly positive way...

    thanks for your post---Daniel

  • Well, because of my 17 year long brush with psychiatric medicine and being diagnosed with pretty much everything from aspergers to ADD to bipolar disorder, I can't even join the military. So now, I'm 20 years old, can't get a job, I hate school, I live with my parents, and I can't even get into the fucking Army to get away from my family. Shit sucks.

I feel sorry for kids who let their gullible, incompetent parents recklessly bully them into doing shit that is obviously bad for them.

  • what can i say? i hear you...

    all the best,

    daniel

  • @anon4234 hey, man i feel you. infantile parents having kids for the all the wrong reasons. best of luck, man and i guess try to make the best of your situation and appreciate some good things that your parents have left with the ability to experience.

  • My parents put me on ritalin because I would throw tantrums and scream after the first move. We stayed in the next state for 4 years until I was 9. The ritalin gave me migraines every day and I still experience them about once a month. After the second move, they were worried because I was not making any friends. They made me go see a series of shrinks, who diagnosed me with bipolar disorder. I was seeing shrinks until my senior year of high school when I told them to fuck off.

  • You da man!

  • Thers one thing if ya have been on the wards or abused by the mental health system you have to have a sence of humour just to get you by fantastic vid love it to bits lmao xxx

  • if it weren't for humor i'd probably have died a long time ago. or just be a totally bitter person....

    all the best,

    daniel

  • Yah!!!!! so very true

  • thanks! sad that it's true, isn't it?

  • Daniel, This is brilliant. I didn't know whether to laugh or to cry...did a little of both, and then I went and purchased the whole album. Thank you so much.

  • Oh Daniel, I see the tragedy beneath the comedy... it's a very effective way to tackle the subject. John still has a wonderful sense of humour and this video would empower him and he would feel heard. He loves humour. The harm done by psychiatry is indeed staggering and it makes me so angry and frustrated.

Strength in numbers, though. There is a wonderful global movement challenging bio-psychiatry and not accepting their LIES. Much love, Grainne.

  • so true!!!!

    -Daniel

  • Laughed my sides off Daniel well done and hello from the elemental groups over here in the UK we'll spread the links and love the song and its important mesasge, need to get me a better bullshit detrector where did you get yours, you got some good shops in the USA

  • thanks! my "bullshit detector" has come from years of work as a therapist---hearing such similar, awful, rotten, and tragic stories over and over and over again. after a while you---we, that is, because I'm surely not alone here!!---get to be able to "smell the bullshit from miles and miles."

all the best from New York---Daniel

  • You're BRILLIANT, Daniel. You really see the wood for the trees. I can't wait to show John your song and video... he's gonna LOVE IT! There's a stench of bullshit where he is incarcerated. Well done. Love from Ireland, Grainne, John, Hazel and Joshua. Xxx

  • thanks!! by the way, John's story is tragic---and although I make this video comic, the subject matter is horrendous and no joke at all. the harm done by psychiatry is staggering.

    all the best---Daniel

  • This was really good. Drugging, torture is Buuullshit!

  • right on!

  • Don't know how long it will take but hopefully people will come to their senses and realize the scam of psychiatry. They have basically become dope dealers on a grand scale. At least if people realize this then those who are looking for actuall help won't be fooled. I guess those that want to be doped and know they are being drugged and don't care, well by all means. At least they aren't in it for "help".

  • Yeah, I'm no proponent of psychiatry---& mostly I agree, it's "dope dealing on a grand scale." Nicely put! I guess, though, I see that many people are in so much pain that they're willing to do almost anything that brings them relief--especially in the midst of a system that provides SO few alternatives---& has such dishones research. Things need to change in a BIG, BIG way---and only then, I think, will no one want the meds. For so many people, I think, meds are all they've got. It's a tragedy.

  • I'm with you. Let's just keep getting the facts out there. Songs, videos, actual FACTS and things will change. Personally, I don't hold an "opinion" I look at facts. It is not hard to do if you just look (like look at the ingerdients in the drug). Like you said, many people want and need relief and with such a huge marketing campaign of the meds they easily believe it will help them. But I think if they just would look at the actual ingredients in the drug they would think twice.

  • yep---i agree. let's look at facts: look at the known side effects, look at the known lying by the drug companies, look at the known pay-offs by drug companies to doctors, look at the deception... and also the great thing is the known, reputable, peer-reviewed research BY PSYCHIATRY showing just how common full recovery without meds is from even the most severe mental problems. (!!!)

  • thanks!! very kind note! just so you know, though, i didn't personally go through the hell of meds---i'm a therapist who has watched TOO MANY PEOPLE go through it---and i have watched many taper off, and make real changes to their lives, and get better WITHOUT the meds. in fact, so often the meds just made them feel worse---and some have been severely damaged by them. i have become radicalized by witnessing the ugly stories of meds TOO MANY TIMES.

  • Thanks Daniel...i've been on lithium just for a couple of weeks...everything began tot shiver on me...quit radically...put the shit in the bin...no more pills for me. Your vids helped me with my decision. Thanks a lot.

  • YaZZnl---you're welcome---thanks for the kind comments. ick, lithium can be so dangerous... i hope, though, that i don't encourage people to quit meds too abruptly---that can be so dangerous. i just re-read Will Hall's piece "harm reduction guide to coming off psychiatric drugs." excellent piece---very helpful---free on the web if you google it. published also by the icarus project. full of good info. i am planning to make a youtube video version of it with Will.

  • I didn't know that lithium is very dangerous. I thought it is just some kind of salt-substitute. For me the tremors were increasing EVERY DAY, so I lost all trust in my medication and one day I was so angry that I couldn't swallow it anymore. I was aware I took a risk, but I was driven by my emotions and feelings, and in this case that wasn't wise.

  • yeah, lithium can be dangerous, but so can all the different psych drugs, each in its own way---and different ways for different people. what gets really scary is when people are on a combo of many different psych drugs, and the drugs interact with each other. i hear stories of people on upwards of five or more different meds at once---aaaah, scarier! good to connect with you----daniel

  • *****

    Great video dude

  • Great job! Daniel!

  • This song is great especially the Torrey part! I love it! Good real information in there too. I would like to see a heavier version of this song, something louder and faster

  • yeah! i think it would be cool to see a heavier version of the song---something really metal or punk---might actually even capture the spirit better. me, i'm just an old-time acoustic folk musician...that's what i know, that's what i play...

  • @Ftenzer

Actually they don't care...your level is low..it is not supposed to last. If it is it is because your gene or your brain is unable to cope correctly. That's why medication is prescribed. No need to know if your parents abandoned you as a child or if you lost your job, wife and kids.actually all this stuff is not medical at all..so why should we care...you are depressed according to unscientific criteria and you will receive a medication to restore the normal functionning of your brain

  • I am critical of psychiatry. I would like to ask you, if someone is sad, how would a psychiatrist or anyone else know if the sadness is clinical depression or if the sadness is caused by a traumatic experience like, for example, having been moleted?

  • to me, the term "clinical depression" means that a clinician has diagnosed it---and tells NOTHING about the cause. all depression is caused by something. to me probably 99% of depression has emotional roots---traumatic roots. some, though, might at least partially be caused by biological factors: like hypothyroidism or certain medications (like antipsychotics!!). but mostly it's unresolved, ungrieved trauma---that's my observation.

  • Nice!!!... I will be singing the busshit from miles everyday... Is totally me :)... I would love to haave a peychotherapist like Daniel... Too bad I don't live there or he live's here... :)

  • thanks!

  • Thank you for this excellent song!

I have always wanted a nice little tune to go along with my epiphany that 99.9% of everything I encounter in the world is.... Bullshit.

Thanks for being that .1% not Bullshit.

  • much appreciated!

  • 500 symbols limit. Bullshit! :-)

In a German Psychology-Forum you can read phantastic storys about psychiatry. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Right what you said... and sing :-) And if you tell the true... about this systems and the psychiatrist... then you would be killed. Especially when you Kernberg criticized :-) BUT he found the way to NeuroScience. In 2010 he published the Revolution in Therapy for the most difficult patients: BPS. Sometimes you must have confront patients - but this is the exception

  • thanks citisite!

  • do you have a collection of all the lyrics to the songs you could share?

  • i don't have all the lyrics compiled...yet...i should figure it all out.

  • Yeah, its like any time we experience mental anguish or extreme states of mind it has nothing to do with our culture, our upbringing, the trauma of living in this modern world, alienation, poor nutrition, unrealistic expectations or lack of sleep. Nope! It's just a brain disease that can be cured with a pill. I think the pills do help some but even those who are helped suffer terrible side effects and symptoms that persist unless underlying shit is dealt with.

  • yep, you nailed it. most of psychiatry is terrified to look beneath the emotional surface...that is, at reality. much easier for them to look at their quackish pseudoscientific "brain" problems. a farce.

  • and it's worth adding that when there are ACTUAL brain problems at play, they are mostly caused by psychiatric medications!! i've seen it TOO many times---in extreme ways. VERY disturbing.
