unfair and unjust, that maybe true in the american sense however they were not brought to trial in an american court. they not being muslims have no legal rights or protections. as for sarah, forget it her testimony may not even be heard becouse she is a woman! should they all be freed, hell yes. will they hell no. this is what happens overseas, american law does not encompass the entire world not should it. a tough lesson to learn, my thoughts and prayers are with them.

As much as I love to sympathize with the 3 hikers who accidentally entered Iran's territory. I just wonder why they were hiking at such a risky location? Iraq is still under an insurgency while Iran just proved how welcoming they are toward 3 Americans. There's many other and safer places to go hiking. However, I wish them well and I hope they'll come home soon.
