They DO say something equivalent to "...and dance like it's the last night of the world" except they express it as "...and dance (with you) until the end of the day". :) This song is absolutely beautiful!!!

This song is performed in Israel. I know the man singing is named Harel Skaat, and he won the Israeli version of American Idol in 2004.
